Womens teams definitely adds value to FIFA 16

Speaking of creating the team, perhaps the worst part of the menu system is trying to deal with card packs. Users build their team by acquiring cards, with cards representing different players and abilities. When a user wins a deck of cards, they have to go to the store to open the deck even thought theyre not really buying anything. They then have to make sure to apply the cards to their team. Then they have to switch menus and head to the Transfer menu, where users can apply specific cards to different positions, put them on the bench, or sell them for money which can be used to buy different players. All of this leads to having to be acquainted with a number of different menus and buttons, and when it takes a few seconds for menus to load this can be pretty frustrating.

There has been a lot of hype surrounding the inclusion of female teams for the first time on this title. While this is long overdue, playing as 11 women from one of the 12 selectable international sides makes no difference to the gameplay. But how has the all-important gameplay changed? Of course the rules of football can't be altered and 'FIFA 15' was regarded as the best recreation of the sport that consoles have ever seen, so what - if anything - has EA done to improve upon that edition? For fans of FIFA, there is nothing to be disappointed by this year and if anything theyve kept the best of last year, strengthened it and added some more fun which is great. If EA keep this up next year and improve on any weaknesses found this year while figuring out new ways for people to have fun, theyll continue to own the market for years to come.

Control over the character seems to be a bit more free and natural and you will feel that player control is more extensive, more alive and dynamic. The same can not be said about the ball. When with the ball or close to the ball, the control is sometimes took over by the game, passes do not go in space as required going too close to an actual player, as the game will calculate and think in your place for every move and passes with the ball to be more exact. Often when crossing, the crosses go dirrectly to the defender heads, and this appears to be an attempt of the developers to stop the go in corner and cross mechanic that has been seen in the past iterations.

To go along with the defending, the passing is now going to require more than just zipping passes around the pitch and waiting for fast break. AI players will intercept any loose or slow pass with ease, and opposition AI has no problem building the play out of the back four for as long as it fifa 16 coins traders takes before they can break you down. The addition of a driven pass feature aids you in your ability to break through the stingiest defense, but EA makes sure to keep the driven pass from being 100% effective...if your player isnt turned in the right direction to control the ball or the pass was made before your player is actually set, the ball will bounce harmlessly to a defender.

All in all, FIFA 16 is a very, very good game, but it isn't the best soccer game you'll play this year. That has more to do with the giant strides the competition has taken rather than anything being particularly wrong with FIFA 16, but it also is at least partially due to EA resting on its laurels the last couple of seasons when it should have been delivering a knockout blow to PES, which allowed PES to catch up and pass it. Of course, while the gameplay fifa coins traders crown no longer belongs to FIFA, that is only part of the equation and it still easily dominates some other important aspects such as the presentation and wealth of licenses it offers.
